Eric "Brad" McClelland
In 2007, Brad McClelland left the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to pursue law school at Texas Wesleyan University School of Law. In 2010, he passed the Texas Bar on the first attempt. While in law school, Brad started a part-time job at Bed, Bath, and Beyond, a retail store which emphasizes customer service. That level of customer service was engrained in him and he extends it to all of his clients. He has been practicing in the Dallas area for more than two years. In February of 2014, Brad and his assistant, Leticia Solis, began their own practice. Since February, they are pleased to report that they have grown at a steady pace with a high level of customer satisfaction. Both Brad and Leticia are a part of a large legal community that serves as a backbone to their legal profession. They guarantee complete formal service, as well as in-depth and detailed work towards their clients. If they cannot help with a case, they will forward you to the correct party.
Leticia Solis is their most senior paralegal and assists in settlement negotiations. Her fourteen years of experience has proved invaluable and contributed greatly to the success of our clients receiving generous settlements. Leticia attended Arlington Career Institute and Court Reporting School and is currently working on her degree in Criminal Justice and aspires to attend law school and become an attorney herself.
Leticia feels most passionate working on cases involving children because children are not responsible or at fault when injured in an accident. Ms. Solis sees the need for representation to make certain the insurance companies recognize each child's pain and suffering. We are pleased to have Leticia as a member of our team, a member that has proven invaluable helping our clients receive the representation they deserve.
